I’ve been working from my sofa, or not far from it, since September 2005 as a freelance web developer. It’s the best move I’ve ever made.
It has it’s ups and downs, not having a regular income being the major down, but the freedom, no commuting, no boss, working when you want are major ups and far outweigh the downsides.
I don’t anticipate this being updated every day, but I will be giving it attention regularly and sharing my thoughts, tips and advice, and probably asking questions about working from your sofa.
